\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nDraft, vet and negotiate commercial agreements (bespoke commercial agreement drafting)
\nAssist with telco-related agreements such as tower-leases (sub-letting or landlord leases)
\nDispute resolution on commercial or consumer agreements
\nAssist the group with large debtor negotiation and agreements
\nAdvise senior management on a broad range of commercial matters, to maintain corporate records and the preparation of legal letters, memorandums and reports<\/p>\n
\nGrade 12 or equivalent
\nLLB Degree or similar
\nAdmitted attorney + 3 – 5 years post admission experience working preferably as an in-house legal advisor
\nProficient in English and Afrikaans \u2013 spoken and written
\nExperience with drafting of agreements and negotiating terms
\nAbility to advise senior management on a broad range of commercial matters, to maintain corporate records and the preparation of legal letters, memorandums and reports
\nAbility to collaborate closely with stakeholders from different disciplines and with team that is located remotely
\nCommercial, proactive and business-like mind-set
