Based in Edenvale<\/p>\n
Salary: R 7 000 to R10 000 CTC + 10% commission and incentives, Km reimbursement on all business kilometres travelled, Cell Phone reimbursement (based on qualifications and experience)<\/p>\n
My client is a well-established Time\/Access Control and IT Solutions organisation based in Edenvale. The successful Incumbent must have good attention to detail, be a problem solver and have a good knowledge and capability in Information Technology<\/p>\n
The successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 Matric Pass
\n\u2022 Good knowledge and capability in Information Technology.
\n\u2022 2 years\u2019 Experience in Client Services \u2013 On site Support, software installations, configuration and training, and Telephonic Helpdesk support.
\n\u2022 Completed MCSD \/ MCSE
\n\u2022 Additional software related courses.
\n\u2022 SQL and Networking Experience
\n\u2022 Basic knowledge of Programming
\n\u2022 Experience in Time and Attendance, Payroll or Access Control fields<\/p>\n
Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to:
\n\u2022 Clients on operator level, remotely and by travelling to clients
\n\u2022 Installing and configuring software
\n\u2022 Training Operators and supporting them telephonically
\n\u2022 Configuring and maintaining the office network and PC\u2019s
\n\u2022 Assisting with Hardware installations and support issues
\n\u2022 Completing and submitting Field Service Reports and
\n\u2022 other Client related documentation<\/p>\n
