\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nDesign and prototype applications based on business requirements
\nDevelop, test, debug and maintain application code
\nCreate unit tests for all developed components
\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation
\nTranslate technical and design requirements, taking account of the target environment, performance requirements and existing systems with the goal of minimizing complexity
\nProvide training and support to team members
\nBuild reusable code and libraries for future use
\nReview own work and lead code reviews of colleagues\u2019 work
\nAdhere to policies, standards and procedures applicable to software development, quality control and release management
\nActively contributes to the implementation of improvement initiatives, helping to drive a Quality and a DevOps Culture
\nEnsure an understanding and implementation of, best practices such as continuous integration, test-driven development, and continuous deployment
\nProvide a solid understanding of web-based and mobile technologies in high scale environments
\nIdentifies and plans systematic corrective action by examination of the root cause of the problem
\nFollow emerging technologies
\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\n6+ years\u2019 relevant experience in software engineering
\nSolid experience with engineering patterns and frameworks
\nExposure to full life cycle systems development
\nExperience in agile development practices
\nExperience of working in a high-pressure environment and working to tight deadlines
\nTechnical expertise and a good understanding of the underlying business processes and systems
\nExperience in advocate development practices like test-driven development, continuous integration and continuous deployment
\nExperience in working on a number of successful projects in the web and mobile environment
\nPreferred developments technologies: C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, WPF, WCF, Team Foundation Server, GIT, Jenkins, REST, JSON, XML, SOAP
\nKnowledge of development technologies: ADFS, webMethods, SOA Software, Docker, Java, Android, iOS
\nPreferred databases technologies: Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL variants
