\nReference:<\/strong> CNI000244-YaS-1<\/p>\n
\nTaking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
\nMonitor monitoring and alarming systems and deal with issues raised.
\nAnalyse and identify possible issues or improvement needs.
\nProvide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
\nAsk customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
\nResearching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
\nEnsure all issues are properly logged
\nFollowing standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
\nWork closely with peers and management in the operations environment and cross-functionally groups.<\/p>\n
\nQualifications:<\/strong>
\nMinimum of 2 years\u2019 mobile telecommunication experience in a Support and Integration position.
\nExperience in integration and supporting applications and troubleshooting.
\nExperience with working a Telcommunication environment<\/p>\n
\nA highly skilled technical professional who is trained to resolve problems quickly and assist the customer with all aspects of their service needs.
\nUnix or Linux Skills are essential.
\nSystem administration skills are required.
\nBash scripting.
\nIntermediate SQL Knowledge is essential.
\nKnowledge of Business processes, concept.<\/p>\n
