\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nMinimum requirements for the role:
\nPrevious experience having worked as a PA or related role wherein you have supported a Senior Manager with all aspects of day to day operational company functions within the company.
\nThe successful candidate must have excellent administration and organisational skills.
\nMust have good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
\nMust have excellent people skills as you will be interacting with the junior and senior staff and management within the company.
\nMust be disciplined and self-motivated and able to work on their own.
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
\nAssisting the MD with all operational day to day administration functions within the company.
\nLiaising with all staff and senior management carrying out orders and co-ordinating and ensuring they are all actioned promptly.
\nManaging and ensuring that all administration, financial, sales and operations tasks are all completed on time.
\nCollating various information and presenting it to the MD in the form of a power point presentation.
\nCollating and preparing Excel spreadsheets with financial information etc.
\nFollowing up on instructions that the MD has given the OPCO Team in terms of driving KPI\u2019s.
\nFollowing up and supporting the MD on all outstanding tasks.
\nInteracting and liaising with customers on behalf of the md if required to do so.
\nSalary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.<\/p>\n
