\u00b7 Execute and Manage Projects<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Develop an audit programmed that addresses the objectives of the audit<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Define the scope, timing, and objectives for the audit engagement, based on the preliminary survey performed<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Perform a preliminary survey of the environment audited by identifying the processes involved with their associated risks and controls<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Conduct the audit fieldwork by identifying, analyzing, evaluating and recording sufficient information to achieve the engagement’s objectives<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Receive confirmation from the Senior Manager of the high-level scope and timing before commencing with allocated projects<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Identify opportunities for operational and control improvements and make recommendations on control weaknesses<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Manage the audit project, including regular status updates and escalation of critical issues<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure that audits are performed within the allocated hours and agreed timeframes<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Document the engagement results, clear findings and obtain management actions<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Communicate the engagement results and clear the report within the appropriate level of management, monitor and report on progress of Implementation of Management Actions<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Perform benchmarking and research in the audit and telecommunications related environments<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Perform Special Projects<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure Continuous Improvement of the Audit Process by participating in Strategic initiatives<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide administrative support to team, such as TeamMate Support<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Manage management Action Tracking items by ensuring that the management action findings are effectively managed after creation to implementation<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Providing independent audit assurance through the delivery of a portfolio of reviews 50%<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide Input into Internal Audit Plan<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide input into the development of the annual internal audit plan Identify risks during audits to be included in the risk register for future audit plan development<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide Feedback to the Audit and Risk Committee and Executive Management<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide input into the Audit and Risk Committee and Executive Management reports<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide information on the progress of the implementation of Management Actions<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Apply Commercial and Technical Expertise<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Maintain knowledge of changing laws and guidelines to ensure continuous compliance<\/p>\n
