\nRequirements:<\/strong>
\nProven working experience (min 5 years) as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role within the IT \/ Telecoms space
\nProven sales track record
\nProven Account Management skills
\nStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
\nProficiency in MS Office and CRM
\nProficiency in English
\nMarket knowledge
\nTime management and planning skills
\nPersonal Network building, outside and inside the company
\nMust be able to work from a home office
\nClean criminal record
\nDuties will include but not limited to:
\nDeveloping growth strategies and plans with both End-Users and Channel Partners
\nProspecting directly for business in Large Accounts in your region
\nArrange business meetings with prospective clients
\nManaging and retaining relationships with existing clients\/channel and increasing End-User Base
\nHaving an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
\nIdentifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
\nFollowing industry trends locally and internationally
\nDrafting and reviewing proposals\/quotes
\nHigh-level communication skills and ability to negotiate and self-motivate
\nExperience working to and exceeding targets
\nDrive the opportunity pipeline and effectively manage this pipeline in the CRM system
\nEnsuring proactive and positive inter working relationships with all colleagues
\nEnsure market intelligence sharing and competitor activity analysis
\nShowcase days, product training and adoption support when needed
\nPromoting incentives, campaigns and offers
