Your role will entail preparing monthly MRR schedules across divisions, month voice revenue analytics while processing daily bank statements, facilitating customer debit order run and assisting with ICASA quarterly reporting. \nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>

\nPreparation of monthly voice revenue analytics.
\nPreparation of monthly affiliate \/ reseller commission schedules.
\nProcessing of daily bank statements, monthly credit cards, petty cash, PayPal, PSG, Netcash on SOLID & Evolution.
\nAllocation of supplier & customer payments on SOLID.
\nJournal set-offs between customers and suppliers.
\nFacilitate the monthly customer debit order run.
\nAssist with weekly payment runs & loading of payments.
\nPrepare monthly fixed asset additions \/ movements list.
\nMonthly report preparation for billing for: Extensions, Numbers, Trunks, Access links (ADSL, LTE, fibre, diginet), FaxConnect, VideoConnect, Enterprise & reseller billing files, Call recording storage, Porting, Intercompany billing, Rate Plans, Other.
\nStand-in support for prepaid customer top-ups.
\nAssistance with ICASA quarterly reporting.
\nOther general admin.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 relevant work experience.
\nExperience with an Accounting package \u2013 preferably Pastel Evolution.
\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite \u2013 Word, Excel, Outlook.
\nBeneficial \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nExperience within the IT\/Telecommunications industry.
