Warranty Clerk Position
\nBased in Alberton
\nMy client is from a large and successful holding group in the Automotive Sector with reputable Dealerships within their national network and seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk, the individual must have the ability to function without close supervision for this popular brand Dealership
\nThe salary being offered will be negotiable based on experience – plus medical aid, provident fund
\nThe successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 Matric or equal Technical Qualification
\n\u2022 3 Years\u2019 experience in Warranties and\/or Service Department
\n\u2022 Servis2 experience will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Proven track record in the Management of Warranties
\n\u2022 Code 08 driver\u2019s licence<\/p>\n
Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to:
\n\u2022 Process all warranty claims as per policy and procedure,
\n\u2022 Maximise labour sales on warranty claims,
\n\u2022 Perform costing of all warranty repair orders on Kerridge,
\n\u2022 Achieve and maintain company and Manufacturer standards,
\n\u2022 Keeping an up to date filling system in place for all warranty documents<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Strong admin skills
\n\u2022 Fanatical attention to detail
\n\u2022 Ability to negotiate on all levels
\n\u2022 Planning, organising and control
\n\u2022 Deadline orientated<\/p>\n
Knowledge:
\n\u2022 Technical Product Knowledge,
\n\u2022 Computer literacy (Excel and Word)
\n\u2022 Kerridge (essential)
\n\u2022 Service-2 (essential)
\n\u2022 Warranty system background<\/p>\n
