Client Service Relationship Consultant (ICT) ITIL – 6 to 12 Months Contract – PRETORIA<\/p>\n
We’re urgently seeking an experienced Client Service Relationship Consultant (ICT) ITIL – 6 – 12 Months Contract (based in PRETORIA in Managing and maintaining Customer relationships before, during and post implementation of Products and Services offered in SA for Enterprise Customers.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Client Service Relationship Consultant<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong>
\nLocation: <\/strong>Pretoria
\nContract:<\/strong> 6 – 12 Months<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nTo ensure continuity and quality of service to Enterprise Customers for Fixed (ICT) Products and Services.
\nEnsure implementation for mechanism for SLA compliance
\nTo perform Inbound and Outbound Services to identified customers including relationship management and assurance support.
\nEnsure accurate service inventory throughout the customer operational lifecycle
\nCustomer and service take-on to ensure correct service implementation.
\nChange management communication as per SLA requirements
\nService business continuity and improvement (both from a customer and core perspective)
\nAssist clients with trouble shooting on basic technical product and device issues
\nProvide clients with advice to minimise additional tickets and escalations
\nHighly dynamic and fluctuating Telecommunications and ISP industry<\/p>\n
\nMatric
\n3-year Diploma \/Degree
\nIT Service Management experience required
\nMUST have Minimum 3 years in Telecommunication\/ICT industry Business 2 Business experience
\nMUST have ITIL knowledge
\nITIL foundation certificate (Advantageous)
\nNetwork and Product training
\nCCNA, CCNP , CCSP , CCIE written , JNCIA , JNCIS<\/p>\n
