\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nTo act as the overall domain lead for Wholesale Business and oversee all service delivery functions, providing context, direction and leadership to the implementation teams involved.
\nAccountable for the formulation and implementation of the team plans and activities within Service Delivery Management team.
\nTo act as the business liaison manager for Wholesale Business, supporting MNVOs, Business Service Providers and other partners with respect to all system related needs – including ongoing business requirements-to-solution alignment, improvements to the existing solutions, changes, enhancements, upgrades and operational support including escalations.
\nTo lead and\/or share responsibility for delivery execution plans, resource deployment, financial management, reporting, quality assurance and overall coordination efforts, to ensure the Wholesale deliverables are completed successfully – on schedule – to the budget – and within scope.<\/p>\n
\nPortfolio Role
\nPartner with BSPs, MVNOs, other partners and internal leadership in defining, prioritising and achieving strategic objectives and defining short and long term objectives and roadmap for Wholesale department.
\nIdentify all impacted stakeholders and establish communication channels and progress metrics that should be tracked
\nDevelop and manage Wholesale Business program charters and business cases where required.
\nClearly define program objectives, lead the development of the Wholesale Business implementation plan, and oversee the execution of that plan on time and within budget.
\nDetermine staffing and financial requirements for projects and or programs;
\nUtilise financial and \/ or human resources to support longer-term projects.
\nServe as the subject matter expert on all Wholesale Business projects.
\nProvide the EPMO and integrated solution delivery team with constructive feedback as it pertains to project or overall program performance.
\nApply knowledge of Wholesale Business technical trends and vendor practices in portfolio management to ensure successful delivery of the application.
\nEnsure compliance of application development activities with audit and information risk policies.
\nAnalyse project risks, costs, and benefits and make relevant recommendations to business and IT leadership.
\nManage workload within Wholesale Business projects, proactively identifying and resolving issues that would present a risk to on-time implementation of the program \/ project.
\nAct as a key communication channel between internal\/external parties and the Wholesale business for ongoing program management status and issues, opening up communication channels, coordinating messages and setting business expectations.
\nProjects and Requirement Delivery Role
\nWork with business and internal Leadership to understand technology and business strategy and their implication to projects under responsibility
\nAccountable to business for Wholesale Business project scoping, planning, construction, integration and deployment.
\nUnderstand, prioritise and manage development and implementation of Wholesale Business project enhancements \/ changes
\nIdentify \/ mitigate risks to delivering Wholesale Business projects on time
\nParticipate in project estimating \/ planning processes
\nEnsure quality management across all activities within the Wholesale Business projects allocated
\nPolicy and Process Management
\nCompile management reports for various steering committees.
\nDevelop and recommend policies and procedures and programs to increase effectiveness of financial information collected.
\nIdentify potential risks and exposures and advise management of any implications as well as implement controls to prevent losses or adverse impact.
\nFormulate or provide support in the formation of agreements with service providers, MVNOs, suppliers and other Wholesale Business partners.
\nTeam Leadership\/Management
\nRecruit employees, assign and direct work, oversee their development, identify training needs and maintain staff competence.
\n\u2022Draw-up, negotiate, agree and sign performance contracts with all direct reports.
\n\u2022Establish and evaluate Key Performance Indicators
\nPerform any other Related duties as requested by Management
\nConduct performance appraisals.
\nProvide an advisory and support function.
\nManage any Labour Relations matters.<\/p>\n
