\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Determine Organisational requirements by attending briefing sessions with Customers and Managers ensuring implementation of IT systems.
\n\u2022 Investigate and evaluate various solutions in line with organisational requirements to ensure system effectiveness and optimum use of resources.
\n\u2022 Optimising systems interface through recommendations to ensure IT equipment is in line with specific business needs.
\n\u2022 Implement, install and commission selected systems to ensure optimal connectivity availability and utilization of IT systems.
\n\u2022 Provide on-going support to customers on new systems to ensure customer satisfaction
\n\u2022 Complete and provide support with tasks escalated from Level 2 Technicians in line with departmental SOP\u2019s ensuring quality and accreditation at all times.
\n\u2022 Monitoring performance, troubleshooting and optimizing business critical I.T. Systems.
\n\u2022 Working on and taking responsibility for new and ongoing I.T projects as well as documentation thereof within the business.
\n\u2022 Adhere to the business and change control processes as well as relevant standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n
\nPreferred Qualifications;<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nAWS Security\/Practitioner Certified
\nMCSE
\nServer 2016\/2019 Certified
\nITIL Certified
\nM365 Certified<\/p>\n
\nActive Directory, Microsoft Exchange,Vmware,Linux,Windows Server 2016 And 2019.
\nMust Have Worked On Servers,Layers 3 Switches Cisco Routers
\nHyper-V Experience (Min. 3 years)
\nVMWare Experience (Min. 3 years)
\nAzure Server Admin Experience (Min. 3 years)
\nM365 Experience (Min. 3 years)
\nAWS Server and Storage Experience (Min. 3 years)
\nSQL knowledge advantageous<\/p>\n
