\no Design and code programs of greater complexity and size from technical specifications.
\n\u2022 Maintain and support existing systems
\no Interpret user requirements and translate into systems design.
\no Investigate and solve systems issues.
\no Maintaining and managing existing software applications
\no Ensure systems documentation is kept up to date.
\n\u2022 Ensures effective operations
\no Implement approved changes as per change control and security process
\no Plan, organise and control own work effort, including regular progress feedback to own and other relevant areas
\no Interfacing with end users to obtain needs
\no Provide business support on applications in application portfolio<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 3 year IT Diploma
\n\u2022 Analytical thinking, development and communication skills
\n\u2022 Relevant business process context knowledge<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 3 -5 years programming\/analyst programming experience
\n\u2022 SQL experience and Unix scripting
\n\u2022 Exposure to JDA applications and Cloud Computing will be beneficial
\n\u2022 Exposure to Scheduling tools
\n\u2022 Oracle Apex development experience preferred
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Woolworths IT landscape, including systemic understanding of key business linkages and dependencies Ability to research technology-related concepts, trends and best practices, and apply findings
