Job Title: Campaign Manager & IT Support Assistant<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Primary duties will revolve around managing multiple campaigns for multiple companies.<\/p>\n Basic expectations are:<\/strong><\/p>\n Prepare, execute and report on daily campaigns. Secondary duties are basic IT support, assisting the current IT manager with set ups, configurations and troubleshooting of multiple environments.<\/p>\n Supports extended teams with management of infrastructure that support marketing activities. Other skills & responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff. Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n 3 year Bachelors degree\/diploma in Computer Science or related field.<\/p>\n Experience \/ Technical requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n 2+ years of experience in support of a marketing services environment. Salary:<\/p>\n R 20 000 CTC to R 50 000 CTC based on experience.<\/p>\n

\nThe candidate will perform marketing and administrative duties and supports the team in different projects as needed. Responsibilities include SMS, Email and call centre projects, support projects with regards to. Information Technology & basic IT support<\/p>\n
\nAccurately report on financials around the campaign
\nPlan and forecast growth and longevity of campaign
\nManage relationship with client
\nExplore additional growth opportunities for the client<\/p>\n
\nCommunicates openly and often with marketing team members to ensure projects are aligned with current plans and objectives.
\nResponds to internal customers within 24 hours. If needs cannot be resolved on first communication, set expectations of what action is being taking to resolve issue or get answers.<\/p>\n
\nTime management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to complete tasks in a timely, precise manner.
\nAbility to put data into user-friendly formats (use of graphs and charts).
\nFamiliarity with research methods and tools (both primary and secondary) and reporting.
\nSelf-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills; flexibility to move between projects.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessity.
\nProven ability to meet deadlines and multi-task effectively to meet multiple overlapping deadlines.<\/p>\n
\n2+ years\u2019 experience in ITO (Information Technology Operations).<\/p>\n
