A telecommunications entity is seeking a skilled ICT Accounts Manager to drive strategic engagement with partners to maximise sales and market share. The successfull candidate will be entrusted with aligning sales goals with the overall company’s sales strategy.<\/p>\n

\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nManage the sale of ICT services, products and value adding items
\nIdentify sales opportunities within existing client base and through professional networking
\nProspect potential business through available sources
\nManage sales pipelines
\nKeep abreast with clients competitiors in order to improve on service delivery
\nFollow up with clients post sales to ensure seamless handover and satisfaction
\nResolves technical and service issues through collaboration with relevant team structures supporting clients services
\nDevelop evaluation and monitoring process and metrix to promote high performance and delivery of service
\nCoordinate preparation of sales proposals and assist in tenders\/bid analysis
\nProactively manage customer relationships and retention
\nWeekly and monthly reporting to management and all relevant stakeholders and clients according to set standards<\/p>\n
\nQualification & Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nKnowledge of IT Infrastructure
\nPost Matric qualification in Busines and Marketing or equivalent
\nCertificate in Sales Cycle Management
\nProject Certification
\nMS Office Suite<\/p>\n
\nDecisive
\nTeam Player
\nAbility to communicate and present at high level
\nAbility to read and interprete bids and other sales cylce documentation
\nExcellent negotiator<\/p>\n
\nNegotiable, Depending on Experience<\/p>\n
\nOnly experienced ICT Account Manager may apply. Position will require travel nationally and internationally. Occassionally work outside working hours including weekends.<\/p>\n
