Job Title: Internal Recruiter IT & Hardware Distribution<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> This role includes: <\/strong><\/p>\n – job spec building; detailed and efficient Desired Experience & Qualification:<\/strong>
\nLocation: <\/strong>Midrand<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Responsibilities
\nWe are looking for an Internal Recruiter to support in talent acquisition within the HR department and manage the full cycle recruiting process.<\/p>\n
\n– exceptional attention to detail
\n– able to multitask a portfolio of vacancies across different departments
\n– collaborate with hiring managers to create job adverts for current openings
\n– advertising on relevant portals for vacancies
\n– shortlisting, screening and interviewing of potential candidates
\n– identify current and future hiring needs
\n– build a strong employer brand and provide a positive candidate experience
\n– screening of CVs and applications
\n– keeping candidates update on hiring processes
\n– facilitate interviews of candidates at various hiring stages
\n– reporting to hiring managers and HR manager on status of open positions
\n– updating and rewriting job specifications
\n– providing interview feedback where necessary and appropriate
\n– assist in onboarding of new hires
\n– participate in boosting company reputation with potential candidates
\n– meeting with managers to discuss hiring requirements
\n– working closely with the HR department on HR related duties<\/p>\n
\n– tertiary qualification in HR related studies
\n– experience as an internal recruiter is essential
\n– experience dealing with management at all levels across different departments
\n– excellent communication skills
\n– exceptional attention to detail
\n– ability to manage multiple vacancies
\n– ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
\n– experience in IT distribution preferable<\/p>\n
