APPLY NOW.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Intermediate Support and Integrations engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Johannesburg North<br \/>\n<strong>Reference: <\/strong>CNI000376-MMa-1<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job description:<\/strong><br \/>\nTaking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.<br \/>\nProvide prompt and accurate feedback to customers<br \/>\nAsk customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem<br \/>\nResearching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.<br \/>\nEnsure all issues are properly logged<br \/>\nFollowing standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.<br \/>\nWork closely with peers and management in the operations environment and cross-functionally groups.<br \/>\nSuccessful Integrations of applications in Customer Environments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\nBSc or BA IT degree or any relevant IT qualification.<br \/>\nMinimum of 2 years\u2019 mobile telecoms experience in a Support and Integration position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><br \/>\nExperience in integration and supporting applications and troubleshooting.<br \/>\nExperience with working a Telco environment.<br \/>\nTraining skills are advantages.<br \/>\nUnix or Linux Skills are essential.<br \/>\nSystem administration skills are required.<br \/>\nBash scripting are advantageous.<br \/>\nIntermediate SQL Knowledge is essential.<br \/>\nKnowledge of Business processes, concept.<\/p>\n<p>Please visit our website www.communicate.co.za to submit your CV directly or to view other IT related jobs.
