\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nCall on Huge Telecom’s existing base and retain out-of-contract customers.
\nAction leads from internal staff and external agents within 24 hours and provide feedback on RT tickets
\nGenerate a strong pipeline, and successfully close deals.
\nDevelop deep, trusting, and enduring relationships with clients.
\nAddress customer concerns and provide fir for purpose solutions.
\nMigrate customers from legacy solutions
\nRenew existing customers as well as cross sell and upsell to them (increase wallet spend)
\nUpgrade customer\u2019s existing PABX system into a new PABX contract with Huge Telecom.
\nProvide new PBXs to existing customers who previously did not have
\nMaintain client satisfaction during the implementation of products\/services that have been sold.
\nProvide internal feedback on how to improve client retention.
\nComplete administrative tasks timeously and according to our prescribed processes
\nDevelop new strategies to increase overall customer retention success
\nAchieving sales targets and related KPI\u2019s
\nBe well informed of industry trends, challenges, and changes.
\nEnsure customers with positive interactions provide reviews and after sales ratings on applicable platforms<\/p>\n
\nMatric.
\nTelecoms industry experience preferred (providing services and solutions in a Telecoms\/IT environment).
\nStrong retentions and communications attributes.
\nAbility to understand technical products and solutions is essential
\nGood work ethic and professional approach.
\nAbility to cold call\/canvass.
\nConfident, self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
\nThe ability to work alone and be self-motivated.
\nTarget driven and outcomes orientated.
\nComputer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Calendar Management, Outlook, etc.).
\nValid South African driving license and Own Car required.<\/p>\n
\nR10 000 per month<\/p>\n
