\nDefining solutions that match the client’s business needs.
\nMeeting with clients to gather, analyse and document business requirements and produce system requirements.
\nParticipating in pre-sales activities.
\nFacilitating and demonstrating system functionality to clients.
\nEstimating scope of consultant effort and accurately estimates development time required for completion.
\nGuiding the project team through implementation and testing of the system requirements.
\nReviewing test plans and test cases to ensure coverage of system requirements.
\nActing as the primary contact point for client’s business interests.
\nActing as a point of contact for information, support, direction and leadership.
\nProviding leadership to the project team and client on the impact of market and regulatory changes.
\nDelivering feedback to the product teams to ensure that future releases of the products meet the ongoing needs of the client \/ business.
\nPreventing poor decisions \/ judgement which could result in serious impacts to project costs and customer commitments.
\nSpearheads product marketing and product development (as and when required)
\nMentors and guides more junior team members<\/p>\n
\nIn-depth understanding of the following:
\nCustomer needs and general impact of changes in business environment and industry trends.
\nWireline, wireless, data services, cable systems, pre\/post-paid business models, etc.
\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills.
\nGeneral understanding of project management disciplines.
\nHighly developed communication and facilitation skills.
\nKnowledge and experience in working with Agile teams would be advantageous.
\nMust be able to speak French.<\/p>\n
