\nRequirements:<\/strong>
\nGrade 12 ( Essential)
\nDiploma in Hospitality or Food and Beverage management or similar Industry-related qualification
\nMinimum of 8 years\u2019 experience in the restaurant environment
\nMinimum of 4 years restaurant management experience
\nMinimum of 2 years F & B experience in hotels
\nExperience within a 5 star establishment
\nFinancial management experience to Income Statements
\nExperience in purchasing and costing of stock
\nExperience in menu planning, design and costing
\nExperience or exposure to restaurant sales and marketing
\nExperience with Banqueting, Wine, Buffet and Fine dining
\nExperience with operations or Duty manager<\/p>\n
\nMenu Engineering, analysis and planning
\nWorking knowledge of POS and PMS systems
\nWorking knowledge of financial and administrative principles
\nKnowledge of diverse culture
\nBasic understanding of IT, AV and Telecoms software and hardware systems
\nIn depth knowledge of stock management
\nUnderstanding of Sales and marketing principles within the Food & Beverage environment
\nWorking knowledge of legislation applicable to the Food & Beverage operation
\nIn depth knowledge of food preparation, wine, liquor and beverage<\/p>\n
