\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nResponsibilities :<\/strong>
\nTaking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
\nProvide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
\nAsk customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
\nResearching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
\nEnsure all issues are properly logged.
\nFollowing standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
\nWork closely with peers and management in the operations environment and cross-functionally groups.
\nSuccessful Integrations of applications in Customer Environments.
\nComplete projects and associated phases in time and within budget.
\nInterpret high level business requirements and provide technical specification documents.
\nProvide input into development requirements and ways of working.
\nProvide estimates on work to be completed.
\nInvestigate, analyze and report customer requirements or bugs.
\nCreate, document, and implement solution documentation.
\nCreate and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
\nUpskilling of junior or new staff in operations team.
\nPerform related duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
