\nREQUIREMENTS\u00a0: *A three-year Bachelor\u2019s degree\/National diploma\/ equivalent\u00a0NQF\u00a06 certificate in
\nHealth\/Social Science\/ International Relations\/Public Administration\/Public
\nManagement and\/or Development Studies *Three (3) years experience in
\nInternational Relations or Official Development Assistance as well as experience
\nin organising multi-stakeholder meetings *Knowledge of Health Policy, South
\nAfrican Foreign Policy, project management as well as the Public Finance
\nManagement Act (PFMA) *Must be willing to travel nationally and internationally
\nand work irregularly hours *Good organizational, co-ordination, facilitation and
\nreport writting skills *Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal
\nskills *Computer skills *A valid driver\u2019s licence.
\nDUTIES\u00a0: *Provide stewardship and leadership for improving health outcomes through
\nworking with international development partners *Monitoring and evaluation of
\nOfficial Donor Assistance (ODA) programmes and projects *Review existing and
\ndevelop new\u00a0ODA\u00a0Bilateral and multilateral agreements and facilitate signing
\nthereof *Liaise with Embassies, High Commissioners, Treasury and Department
\nof International Relations and Co-operation on\u00a0ODA\u00a0matters *ODA management
\nmeetings with all stakeholders *Co-ordinate and facilitate official international
\ntrips and undertake provincial trips *Conduct project site visits for monitoring and
\nevaluation of progress.
