\nDelivery Management<\/p>\n
\nEnsure that the project includes all the work required to complete the project successfully as per project lifecycle
\nEffectively allocate available resources, determine where additional resources will be required, delegate tasks according to roles
\nIdentify and manage project dependencies
\nAdhere to Project Governance requirements
\nProactively manage changes in project scope, ensure that any change to project scope is documented and approved
\nAnalyse and interpret project information for dashboard and take corrective action accordingly
\nIdentify any areas in which changes to the plan are required; and initiate the corresponding changes
\nDevelop and manage project documentation required to effectively monitor and control project delivery including but not limited to Project Charter, Project management plans, Project Schedule, Project Budget, Communication plans
\nFacilitate and manage project meetings and feedback to stakeholders
\nPlan, estimate, budget, manage and control costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget
\nConduct weekly schedules of project resources availability and ensure correct and timeous capturing of timesheet information
\nConduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, response planning and controlling risk on a project<\/p>\n
\nProjects are completed on time and within allocated budget
\nAll quality and governance standards are met
\nProject progress and completion is aligned with KPIs and key objectives
\nInterdependencies are tracked and controlled
\nEffective contingency plans are activated to diffuse situations and ensure project continuity and completion within timelines
\nAccuracy of forecasting and estimates<\/p>\n
\nLiaise with business partners to allocate the required resources to execute projects
\nMaintain an accurate weekly project schedule to communicate to business (internal and external) stakeholders
\nIdentify all people or organizations impacted by the project, analysing stakeholder expectations and impact on the project and develop appropriate management strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution
\nIdentify and manage change management activities through relevant change management processes<\/p>\n
\nClear milestones are set and documented into a project plan
\nRegular feedback given, raising risks and deadline changes to all relevant stakeholders
\nAdherence to agreed SLA\u2019s
\nSigned-off stakeholder and communications plan per project
\nAdherence to communications plan<\/p>\n
\nPursue continuous learning in Project Management and Information Technology environments
\nCollaborate with DBS Management to ensure project teams have the right skills
\nEnsure alignment of projects to the correct project methodology
\nResearch and innovate to offer technology solutions to business, while building and managing a knowledge repository for DBS PMO
\nContribute to new ways of working by collaboration, knowledge sharing and use PM tools and methodologies to improve the project environment
\nExpand IT Technical capabilities by obtaining certifications that match changing information and technology needs of the organisation<\/p>\n
\nCompliance of projects within Project Management Framework
\nUpdates on formalized training plan (as per PDP)<\/p>\n
\nEffectively onboard all project resources (internal and external) to ensure quickest time to performance
\nSet meaningful performance targets for project resources and clearly outline efforts required to reach deliverables
\nManage team performance during project, promoting cohesiveness and taking corrective action where necessary
\nAssess performance and behaviour of project resources upon project closure
\nEffectively manage external project resources to ensure alignment on their contractual obligations (deliverables), organization code of conduct, values and culture
\nSupport, coach and mentor project resources
\nProvide regular, constructive feedback, reinforce performance goals, provide guidance where behavioural problems arise and give recognition for work well done<\/p>\n
\nPerformance measures are designed for project resources and communicated to them
\nPerformance reviews are completed
\nProof of coaching sessions (attendance registers and minutes<\/p>\n
\nAttend to any other relevant and reasonable tasks as may be required from time to time<\/p>\n
\nQualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nProfessional Programme\/ Project Management accreditation eg, PMP (PMI), PM Degree
\nAn Agile certification is advantageous<\/p>\n
\n3-5 years project management experience
\nPM Certification
\nProject planning and scheduling
\nFacilitation
\nSuccessfully ran and completed multiple projects simultaneously
\nExperienced in any leading PMIS tool (PPO Preferred)
\nExperience within the ICT \/ Telecoms Industry<\/p>\n
