\nB.Compt. Degree preferable
\nAt least 3 years of experience in Finance and IT (Google Workspace) administration or similar role
\nHighly computer literate with proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office and related business and communication tools such as Zoom, etc.
\nWorking knowledge in Financial Management software (i.e.Sage One) and Reporting software
\nSolid knowledge of accounting software and accounting principles
\nOutstanding mathematical and analytical skills
\nHands on experience of MS Office Suite
\nExcellent client service and interpersonal skills
\nSolid knowledge of various IT systems, networks and applications
\nExperience in network management and help desk support
\nAbility to troubleshoot and repair IT matters through self-help, implementing measures to reducing team members IT frustrations and queries<\/p>\n
\nFinance Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nCarrying out financial transactions as directed by the Finance Manager
\nCorrelating the FluidRock accounts receivables and payables and ensure the smooth running of financial operations
\nFiling documents in accordance with the appropriate SOPs
\nEnsuring precise and punctual delivery of targets and goals
\nEnsure accurate billing of clients
\nResolve all client queries in line with FluidRock\u2019s values and high performance culture
\nICT:<\/p>\n
\nBe the internal ICT person and first line of contact for all hardware and software matters
\nIssue, manage and control all internal hardware including maintenance (with the support of IT providers)
\nBecome proficient in Google Workspace and train all team members to ensure company wide proficiency
\nRegularly monitor networks and servers and maintaining the same
\nBe the main FluidRock liaison with all ICT suppliers
\nCreate various user accounts and managing access control options
\nImplement and manage security protocols and procedures
\nMaintain an accurate and detailed documentation of all processes
\nManage data backup and archives Retrieve and recover data as and when required
\nOptimise computer systems by performing diagnostic tests
\nStaying up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in the IT sector
\nDevelop and implement error reporting systems
\nEnsure a safe and secure IT environment (with the support of the ICT providers)<\/p>\n
