\nDuties & Responsibilities
\nKey Responsibility Areas:
\n\u2022 Calling on businesses in the region to sell the Company\u2019s business Fibre, Wireless, VoIP, SLA and related products.
\n\u2022 Achieving the monthly business sales objectives and KPIs as set by Management.
\n\u2022 Maintaining the Company\u2019s business customer base via effective account management principles.
\n\u2022 Growing the Company\u2019s business customer base via identification of new opportunities and converting those opportunities into new clients.
\n\u2022 Proactively cross-selling and up-selling to business customers by identifying client needs and matching them to the Company\u2019s various business solutions.
\n\u2022 Tracking and reporting key sales metrics on a daily basis.
\n\u2022 Meticulous lead generation, tickets and sales pipeline management.
\n\u2022 Preparing professional quotations for business customers based on assessments.
\n\u2022 Conducting desktop feasibility studies and site surveys for business customers (Fibre\/Wireless).
\n\u2022 Ensuring strict Departmental adherence to all SOPs and other internal processes & procedures.
\n\u2022 Capturing customer information, orders, invoices, compliances and all related information accurately on DataTill.
\n\u2022 Attending and assisting with marketing events where required.
\n\u2022 Actively tracking and communication of key competitor activities.
\n\u2022 Embodying the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
\n\u2022 Effectively following-through of all tasks assigned by Management.
\n\u2022 Always portray the company to stakeholders in a positive manner.
\n\u2022 Must be willing to travel as and when required.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum 2-3 years Sales and Technical experience (Telecoms\/IT space).
\n\u2022 Proven sales record in a solution selling environment.
\n\u2022 Previous experience in technology, preferably B2B and\/or Channel\/Reseller Management is required.
\n\u2022 Ownership \u2013 able to take responsibility, troubleshoot problems and work with teams.
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment.
\n\u2022 Able to cultivate trust and credibility and maintain strong working relationships.
\n\u2022 Relationship building and Key Account Management skills.
\n\u2022 Good negotiation and deal closing skills.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
\n\u2022 Self-management & time management skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Grade 12 is required.<\/p>\n
