\nOverall responsibility for the financial management, project leadership and performance of the IT and Data functions.
\nDefine and promote best practice guidelines through continuous improvement an innovative solution.
\nImprove efficiency and effectiveness of business department\/s
\nCommunicate incidents and ensure we continuously improve the level of services provided.
\nCommunicate, planning, co-ordination and execution of all business projects with the Dev team and the various departments
\nDocumenting and prioritising initial engagements and ideas, sharing the status of projects, costs, and an overall view of the Technology delivery pipeline.
\nDevelop their own vision for how the Dev Team and external service providers will support the strategic goals of the company.
\nCreate, review, maintain and manage risk and compliance with the Dev team.
\nReviewing all policies and procedures
\nReporting to the Leadership team on the integrity, security and functional improvement of the Groups IT infrastructure \/ systems.
\nAligning IT Infrastructure \/ systems with current and future business requirements
\nLiaise and manage external service providers
\nProvides consultancy services where required and assists with system design and specifications
\nManage functional leads responsible for full systems, product and services development across numerous product lines including change control, testing and support staff
\nDriving and directing strategic projects and material technology investments through the delivery of projects in accordance with business requirements and agreed project timelines.<\/p>\n
\nExperience and Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n7 years\u2019 experience at senior management level leading a team to deliver strategic objectives
\nManaging IT \/ Data service delivery at a tactical and strategic level
\nSuccessfully fulfilling a Project Management role
\nBusiness acumen
\nExperience in E-commence Websites, Warehouse Management System, Financial ERP and Order Management System
\nSkills<\/p>\n
\nOrganisational skills \u2013 Ability to manage one\u2019s time, and the input of several stakeholders
\nCommunication skills \u2013 Exhibit the use of various communication methods to provide information across several channels
\nExperience in delivering technical training to groups of individuals across all abilities whether remotely or in person.
\nA methodical and analytical approach to requirements gathered and project management. Ideally having an understanding of different methodologies and their appropriate application.<\/p>\n
