\nProviding leadership for the requirements, design and implementation of a major product.
\nGuiding customers through the requirements gathering, designing and documentation process, ensuring that it fits within the OSS\/BSS infrastructure.
\nEnsuring technical viability of solutions and change requests.
\nIdentifying, resolving and mitigating technical issues and risks.
\nCreating \/ validating work estimates and skills required to assist the lead architect.
\nCreating a design that meets the customer requirements, ensuring that it fits within the OSS\/BSS infrastructure.
\nFollowing \/ promoting the agreed best practices and their supporting documentation.
\nProviding technical task identification, work estimates and skills required to assist the PM.
\nCoordinating with development \/ test teams.
\nProviding technical leadership through the design, build, test and delivery process.
\nManaging technical customer interactions from the kick off through go live.
\nCoaching \/ mentoring other project members.
\nTaking ownership of the design and implementation of a major product.
\nProviding feedback to the product development organisation for improvements, market trends and product issues.<\/p>\n
\nRelevant tertiary qualification<\/p>\n
\nWorking experience with any leading BSS products.
\nBroad understanding of business technology, networks and data structures.
\nStrong leadership skills.
\nExcellent analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex problems that require complex methods or theories.
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\nAbility to suitably adapt communication based on the audience, e.g. technical vs. management.
\nAbility to prioritise effectively within and across one or more assignments.
\nAbility to travel domestic and international for extended duration onsite based on requirements of the project.
\nNon-standard work hours may be required and the ability to be on-call.<\/p>\n
