\nA successful IT technician must have thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet and business software applications, network and operating systems.<\/p>\n
\nSoftware: Microsoft, Doc IT, Share drive, Pastel, VIP
\nHardware
\nTrouble shoot and diagnose problems
\nServer maintenance
\nISP and other business software management and maintenance
\nNetworks
\nSet up workstations and all related programs such as email, share drive connection etc.
\nAbility to multitask and prioritise<\/p>\n
\nWebsites
\nDevelopment
\nApplications<\/p>\n
\nAt least 5 years working experience<\/p>\n
\nNegotiable based on experience.<\/p>\n
