We are a Cape Town based telecommunication organization partnering with call centres, that seeks to employ a skilled trainer with industry knowledge and experience.<\/p>\n

Job Title: CALL CENTRE TRAINER<\/strong> Job Summary: The job entails training, assisting in development of training material, updates and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs both in class and on our e-learning platform so to hand over competent and confident learners to the various call centres.<\/p>\n Must be willing to travel to various sites to administer training to our stakeholders<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Key Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n Ability to use various facilitation skills such as role play, live call feedback and e-learning platforms<\/p>\n \u2022 Administer varied tests and learner assessments to check competency<\/p>\n \u2022 Deliver training using varied methods and techniques (facilitation, e-learning, etc.)<\/p>\n \u2022 Develop curriculum, learning objectives, and\/or course materials<\/p>\n \u2022 Service all stakeholders in a professional and effective manner<\/p>\n \u2022 Great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse audience<\/p>\n \u2022 Introduce, train and assist learners on how to use our E-learning platform<\/p>\n \u2022 Conduct Training for new recruits and refresher for existing learners<\/p>\n Coach learners when gaps or non-performance is identified Minimum matric and or related NQF qualification essential<\/p>\n Training qualification preferred<\/p>\n Training experience in a Contact Centre environment Essential<\/p>\n Telecommunications experience highly advantageous<\/p>\n Experience in using and training on LMS and Articulate storyline preferred<\/p>\n Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills<\/p>\n Strong computer skills (MS Office) essential and knowledge of e-learning is advantageous<\/p>\n Able to work under pressure and within deadline timeframes<\/p>\n

\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nMain Purpose of Role:<\/p>\n
\nReport on the various campaign trained on a weekly basis, per Call Centre.
\nConstantly review progress on assessments and plan corrective actions
