The employer is part of a large progressive and successful corporate holding company in the retail environment based in JHB Braamfontein .The potential employer is looking for an assertive individual who is influential with good business acumen and negotiation skills. The incumbent will be responsible for creating and implementing change management interventions that minimise change resistance and maximise employee engagement in initiatives undertaken within the group.
\nExperience required:
\n\u2022 Matric qualification
\n\u2022 Relevant Degree with a NQF level 7 in change management
\n\u2022 Relevant Change Management experience (3 \u2013 5 years experience)
\n\u2022 MS Office Proficiency
\n\u2022 eHR System
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Change enablement and management principles and methodologies
\n\u2022 Understanding of organizational design principles
\n\u2022 Knowledge of diversity management, employment equity and employee engagement principles and methodologies<\/p>\n
Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to
\n\u2022 Implementing the Change Management approach and methodologies
\n\u2022 Developing and implementing communication strategies that enable change management
\n\u2022 Developing change competency within a group
\n\u2022 Engaging with key stakeholders in the change process
\n\u2022 Customer service
\n\u2022 Self-management and team work
\n\u2022 Organizational Design principles
\n\u2022 Translating a change strategy and impact analysis into a change plan
\n\u2022 Implementing change policies, procedures, processes and templates
\n\u2022 Developing a project team intervention plan that enables the project team to understand and buy- into change
\n\u2022 Change management coaching<\/p>\n
