\nDuties & Responsibilities
\nThe Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer\/Officer – within the discipline of IT Service Management (ITSM) as defined by the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) will be responsible for supporting the IT Infrastructure Team.<\/p>\n
\nEnsure an ITIL MIS support process
\nEnsure production follow-up
\nManage IT Hardware resources
\nManage IT Infrastructure projects
\nEnsure capacity planning for IT Infrastructure
\nMust be the custodian of the group norms and policies respect
\nApply the firms BTL security and licensing policies
\nManage IT Infrastructure related contracts and SLA
\nMaintain and update documentation
\nEnsure IT Infrastructure management is compliant
\nTechno watch, anticipate new technologies
\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\nEssential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required<\/p>\n
\nA completed Master\u2019s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
\nMinimum 7 years\u2019 experience in supporting and maintaining VMWare systems (6.7)
\nMinimum 8 years\u2019 experience in supporting and maintaining Microsoft Systems and Networks \u2013 MS Server 2019 and 2019, MS SQL, IIS, WSUS, PowerShell, and Remote Desktop Services.
\nITIL Practitioner (V3) or ITIL Specialist (V4).
\nStrong knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory environment.
\nWindows Server: Advanced level.
\nKnowledge in network or telecom – Cisco Certifications.
\nAdvanced level in vCenter or HyperV or Azure.
\nKnowledge in IBM AS\/400 environment.
\nISO 27000, other IT Security Training.
\nPrince2, PMP or equivalent will be an added advantage.
\nAbility to Manage a Technical Project.
\nExperienced in working within Large Corporate Environments.
\nMust be willing and prepared to travel.
\nMust have a valid passport.<\/p>\n
