\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nDevelop new business relationships generate and negotiate new income for the company to an agreed annual target of invoiced revenue, to increase year on year.
\nPresent the company to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
\nSpend time out of the office in meetings developing new business opportunities
\nBe responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting.
\nActively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; in close cooperation with Commercial Operations and that of Product Marketing and Service Departments, and the fulfilment of contracts.
\nPossess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities for the company are captured and explored.
\nHave individual responsibility for new business, and be expected to self-manage, Additional internal support is available through internal departments for complex large pitches and strategies.
\nRepresentative of the company at industry events and tradeshows, professional manner and polished appearance will aid intention of gaining new business leads and contacts.
\nManage and maintain a pipeline of potential business and ensuring all sales administration is current and up to date at all times. Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Company procedure.
\nHave a thorough understanding of clients marketing objectives including their Return on Investment (ROI) objectives.
\nResponds to tenders and requests for information in a timely and accurate manner.
\nEffectively interact with other departments including the product management and technical team when handing over campaigns ensuring fully and correctly briefed in all aspects of the sale.
\nKeep abreast of issues affecting our industry and collecting competitor intelligence.
\nEnsuring the company remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\nGrade 12\/Senior Certificate is a requirement.
\nValid Driver\u2019s license with own reliable vehicle
\nOwn cell phone
\nMust be computer literate MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).<\/p>\n
\nVery good business economic knowledge.
\nExcellent knowledge of business workflows in a sale driven company and in cooperation with end user and Key accounts.
\nBasic understanding of computer literacy.
\nExcellent printer \/ copier, software market knowledge.
\nExcellent general knowledge of social and economic developments.
\nExcellent knowledge of product liability, financial \/ lease contracts.
\nSound knowledge of South African Office Automation, Solution Business and IT sector an advantage.
\nKnowledge of Administrative process relating to budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.
\nGood at business planning.
\nBe able to attend all training as requested by the company.
\nBe well groomed and presentable with a clean and reliable vehicle and adhere to your letter of Appointment.<\/p>\n
