Our client, who is a fast-growing technology services company offering solutions to IT requirements including the resourcing of Critically Skilled Professionals, Software Development and the implementation of AI Systems, is looking for a IT Recruiter & Business Developer for a hybrid role based either in Cape Town (Waterfront) It is a hybrid position in office two days a week.<\/p>\n

Job Title: IT Recruiter & Business Developer – partly remote<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Candidate must be able to manage their own clients and can complete the end-to-end cycle. \nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nMain job function<\/p>\n
\nMeet with managers and HR to discuss their hiring needs and formulate strategy
\nDesign and coordinate the hiring process
\nSource qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking etc.
\nContract Management
\nHelp establish connections with professional groups, communities and other organizations
\nSelect and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
\nHelp hiring teams interview candidates through various methods (e.g., structured interviews, behavioural interviews)
\nAdvise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions
\nCreate reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics
\nAssist with on boarding new hires
\nDraw up Contracts
\nHelping applicants to prepare for interviews
\nFind own clients to recruit for
\nHybrid working model. They must be willing to work at the office 2 times a week.
\nOffices based JHB & CT where the candidate can work from.
\nLaptop provided must have home office with Wi-Fi if they work hybrid.<\/p>\n
\nQualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nRelevant tertiary qualification is advantageous<\/p>\n
\nThe candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in recruiting IT professionals.
\nThey must have a strong understanding of IT software and headhunting<\/p>\n
\nR20 000 to R40000 per month<\/p>\n
