\nTroubleshooting and resolving relevant hardware, software and service issues
\nImproving and optimising daily support and maintenance tasks
\nDesigning and implementing new technology solutions
\nMaintaining and improving the efficiency of current networks and systems.
\nConsideration and creation of contingency plans for relevant tasks
\nDesigning, implementing and maintaining the security of all ICT systems
\nExperience troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems and Office applications.
\nExperience using TCP\/IP networking, Ethernet and wireless.
\nDesktop support on Windows and Linux
\nFirewall Support and creation
\nUnderstanding of DHCP and DNS protocol.
\nConnectivity technologies; ADSL, 3G\/LTE, Fibre.
\nEmail and its protocols; Exchange, POP3, SMTP.
\nExperience using remote desktop software (E.g.; RDP, TeamViewer).
\nAbility to make use of backup and recovery technologies.
\nWindows Server deployment & administration
\nMicrosoft Azure experience and high-level knowledge is needed
\nMicrosoft Office 365 experience and high-level knowledge
\nMentoring and supporting team members
\nEstablishing internal and external business expectations
\nProvide the team with a vision of divisional and organisational objectives
\nDesign and implementation of processes and industry best practices
\nEnsure process compliance is adhered to within the team
\nManaging technical project risks and change requests
\nManagement of external suppliers and partners for quality and vision alignment
\nAttaining budgets set forth for the division
\nReporting on teams KPI via the ticketing system<\/p>\n
