\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nWork with allocated dealer base that is assigned
\nGrow this database on a monthly basis in line with targets given
\nAchieve GP target on set Database
\nAchieve target spend across customer breadth given
\nAssisting all customers with queries, quotes and orders
\nManaging dealer base to ensure customers are up to date with specials and promotions
\nInforming the database of new content uploaded on the reseller portal where relevant
\nBuild good relationships with your clients
\nEscalate problematic issues to the Sales or Product Managers timeously
\nSelling key components as required by management or Product Managers
\nComplete all allocated Product training as necessary
\nSend all orders timeously through to order processing
\nManage database of credit availability and highlight problems to accounts department
\nAssist with other job related duties as and when required
\nGeneral admin and upkeep of database
\nGeneral update and maintenance of all admin and filing
\nRepresent Rectron at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
\nAttend product training programmes and study and know the relevant product range
\nAttend product related and sales events when requested<\/p>\n
