\n\u2022 Request and checking of NPA statement and discount
\n\u2022 Ensure NPA recon is up to date for payment before 15th of each month
\n\u2022 Invoicing process \u2013 compile and prepare distribution to clients, credit notes
\n\u2022 Ensure Public Drive Central file is updated, upload all invoices with supporting doc
\n\u2022 Facilitation of scale calibration & recertification – checking expiry, organize tech
\n\u2022 Request and distribute statements to clients
\n\u2022 Distribute trial balance to clients
\n\u2022 A\/R Clearing
\n\u2022 Manage & control debtors
\n\u2022 Manage order referrals & customer credit limits
\n\u2022 WIP management – WIP checking & reporting, making provision, closing out WIP errors
\n\u2022 Foster good relationships with clients and stakeholders
\n\u2022 Respond to all email and telecom communication in a timeously manner
\n\u2022 DBMN tug stats – inventory\/provisions\/waste agency weights loaded per tug call
\n\u2022 DBMN transport stats – movement of cages & pricing
\n\u2022 Manage & control of cash accounts, reporting to MGN finance
\n\u2022 Adhoc duties as per request from seniors<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Grade 12
\n\u2022 3 years relevant experience
\n\u2022 Diploma in Accounting
\n\u2022 Exposure to Acumatica will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word
\n\u2022 Driver\u2019s license
\n\u2022 Confident in liaising with customers
\n\u2022 Attention to detail a strong ability
\n\u2022 Disciplined and consistent approach to work<\/p>\n
