\nWorkshops facilitation and information gathering skills.
\nUse-case, test pack and test plan compilation skills.
\nKnowledge of relevant technology, tools, and middleware that enable business process enablement and business user productivity.
\nVerbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
\nAnalytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
\nRequirements elicitation and management
\nExpert knowledge of how information technology systems function
\nKnowledge and experience in developing strategic information systems plans<\/p>\n
