Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Moving Tactics has worked with top brands, retailers, restaurant chains, mobile telecommunication companies and financial institutions, to develop, create and implement digital signage platforms across the continent that facilitate in-store marketing and advertising, corporate communication, and audio applications.<\/p>\n As a digital marketing coordinator, we are looking for someone who will oversee the day-to-day execution of digital marketing plans and ensure the brand is consistent and in line with the company\u2019s strategy. \nDigital Marketing<\/p>\n
\nDevelopment of the digital persona per brand with the DSS HOD.
\nReporting on and managing all content development requirements for all digital platforms and newsletters.
\nAligning all digital marketing channels, including social media.
\nProducing social media content for posting.
\nProducing small informational or staff videos with the Digital Content division to fulfill the digital marketing plan.<\/p>\n
\nPublic Relations liaison between PR Company, Website Team, Content Development Team and HOD.
\nMonthly newsletter support.
\nSocial media content development.
\nManage PR calendar and provide support.
\nLiaise with HR on internal content and provide support where necessary.<\/p>\n
\nUndertake research and prepare monthly reports, presentations, corporate submissions, and other correspondence for the Head of Digital Signage Solutions (DSS).
\nCompilation of documents and preparation for all relevant meetings.
\nEnsuring all company documentation and CI is up to date and to action various updates to happen proactively.
\nManage all contracts and administration.
\nPreparation of high-level reports and correspondence \u2013 monthly and quarterly.
\nDiscuss the work schedule daily to check priorities, ensure that the HOD is aware of appointments for the day and schedule\/reschedule according to changes that may occur.
\nScreen calls and emails, respond to enquiries, attend to meeting requests and type responses ensuring that correspondence is dealt with daily.
\nPrioritise correspondence (email, letters, memoranda, and documents) and present to the HOD each day for signature.
\nCoordinate and follow up on certain projects and reports with all the line managers.
\nResolving company and departmental related queries \u2013 externally and internally.
\nArranging meetings and organising necessary material.
\nArrange and book venues for meetings (internal and external) and ensure that all parties are informed and make catering and infrastructure arrangements.
\nCollecting and delivering tender documents.
\nAssist with tender compiling and the tendering process.
\nEnsure that the tender documents are completed and are accurate.
\nAttend tender briefing meetings.
\nLiaise with all team members to ensure accuracy and compliance as per client specifications.
\nProvide administration support with tenders \/ proposals and monitor a timeline.
\nReview final documents for quality control and proofread for accuracy and compliance.
\nProvide continuous feedback to the team and prioritise order of importance of engagements.
\nKeep up to date documentation of all tenders and contracts registered.
\nAssisting with updating company documentation.<\/p>\n
