\nProvide first line desktop support for production line and office based users \u2013 Printers, Outlook.
\nSupport, manage and maintain LAN infrastructure, VLANs, TCP\/IP, troubleshooting network related issues
\nWorking with Active Directory
\nAssist with all IT Project roll outs including IT Security Improvement Plan and Infra Upgrades
\nInstall and configure Microsoft applications such as Windows OS, Office 2016, Microsoft Updates, etc.
\nLiaise with IT service providers for rapid escalation for any network outages
\nLiaise with IT suppliers for ordering of IT peripherals and consumables.
\nProvide support to Network \/ Server Engineer
\nInstalling of network printers, network cabling, handheld scanners and other IT hardware.
\nTest functionality and assess problems by operating computer systems or related.
\nTroubleshoot computer systems problems.
\nTake apart and re-assemble computer components and parts.
\nManually set up computer systems and hardware, and install or re-install software programs for computer users.
\nRead and review technical support manuals or other materials.<\/p>\n
\nStrong PC\/ Laptop troubleshooting skills
\nHands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks
\nIT planning Support establishing a short and long term IT strategy (ISP, Information Strategy Planning), discover new IT and conduct survey on trends, manage IT TCO (total cost) and establish a software\/hardware standard governance.
\nWork closely with other supporting departments
\nIT system analysis and design – Support to innovate IT systems by analyzing the IT system, monitoring, tuning, and discovering areas to be improved based on the domain knowledge.
\nIT Infrastructure analysis and design – Support to implement an optimal hardware (server\/network), considering various factors such as performance, scalability, cost, electricity consumption which are important for IT system operation.
\nIT security – Support to implement a security system by analyzing IT security-related technological trends such as virus, vaccine, security control, and firewall.
\nProject management Organization (PMO) – Support a project such as validating key IT projects’ architectures and checking development milestones.<\/p>\n
