Job Title: IT Manager – Mozambique<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Mozambique<\/p>\n

As a member of the unit management team the IT Manager participates in and contributes to the overall operating model and business strategy development;
\nMust have 10 + years of ICT experience in either a mining or Manufacturing environment;<\/p>\n

Must be experienced in related mining or manufacturing cross-functional teams or enterprise programs managing ICT operations through ICT service management (ITSM), vendor management, data centre telecommunications and security. ICT operations, identifying opportunities and deploying change across the organisation and within complex contexts.<\/p>\n

Engaging in major decisions and procurement of technology modernization, optimization and consolidation and major IT systems such as ERP and mining applications.<\/p>\n

Must have exceptional management skills with the ability to develop and communicate clearly to the management level and to direct reports by inspiring and motivating staff.<\/p>\n

Excellent analytical, planning and execution skills with effective influencing and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n

Strong business acumen including in the manufacturing\/mining industry;<\/p>\n

Experience with ICT Operations and monitoring leveraging ITIL and DEvOPs principles, defining KPI’s and performance management;<\/p>\n

Budget planning and financial management;<\/p>\n

Knowledge with IS\/IT systems & infrastructure<\/p>\n

Experience with loT and machine learning will be an advantageous;<\/p>\n

Ability to identify and leverage resources internally and externally to the company to enhance capabilities that drive digital business;<\/p>\n

Delivering innovative and agile ICT solutions to enable the business to explore digital business opportunities;<\/p>\n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts<\/p>\n

Must be fluent in Portuguese and English;<\/p>\n

EA methodologies<\/p>\n

Understanding digital methodologies, relevant vendors and product knowledge;<\/p>\n

Designing & guiding solution development<\/p>\n

Applying Warefall & Afile methods;<\/p>\n

Integrating solutions<\/p>\n

Digital Product Development and management<\/p>\n

Infiormation Security<\/p>\n

Business Continuity Management & disaster recovery<\/p>\n

Infrastructure knowledge<\/p>\n

Designing modular architectures<\/p>\n

Database knowledge<\/p>\n
