\nThe Sales Agent – Business will be responsible for actively calling and visiting potential new business clients, to establish client needs, sell business Fibre, Wireless, VoIP, SLA\u2019s and related
\nproducts and upselling to existing business customers. An important aspect of the job is maintaining good
\ncustomer relationships, accurate communication, and excellent product knowledge.<\/p>\n
\nCalling on businesses in the region to sell the Company\u2019s business Fibre, Wireless, VoIP, SLA and related products.
\nAchieving the monthly business sales objectives and KPIs as set by Management.
\nMaintaining the Company\u2019s business customer base via effective account management principles.
\nGrowing the Company\u2019s business customer base via identification of new opportunities and converting those opportunities into new clients.
\nProactively cross-selling and up-selling to business customers by identifying client needs and matching them to the Company\u2019s various business solutions.
\nTracking and reporting key sales metrics on a daily basis.
\nMeticulous lead generation, tickets and sales pipeline management.
\nPreparing professional quotations for business customers based on assessments.
\nConducting desktop feasibility studies and site surveys for business customers (Fibre\/Wireless).
\nEnsuring strict Departmental adherence to all SOPs and other internal processes & procedures.
\nCapturing customer information, orders, invoices, compliances and all related information accurately on DataTill.
\nAttending and assisting with marketing events where required.
\nActively tracking and communication of key competitor activities.
\nEmbodying the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
\nEffectively following-through of all tasks assigned by Management.
\nAlways portray the company to stakeholders in a positive manner.
\nMust be willing to travel as and when required.<\/p>\n
