\nEnd User Enablement and service delivery.

\nLeads resolver groups and support providers.
\nActive monitoring by alert of key systems and acting on alerts and failures.

\nDesired Experience & Qualification
\nA+, N+, 5 years management experience of which 2-3 years should be IT management.
\nOffice 365.
\nITIL Certification.
\nProject management basics .
\nStrong user experience.
\nWorking in a Matrix structure.
\nSD-WAN experience, Citrix preferred.
\nTelephony support experience (VOIP and PABX).
\nLeadership and coaching skills.
\nCross functional ability.
