\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n*Please note this position requires an incumbent that has a reliable internet connection and home-office setup.<\/p>\n
\nDaily management of debts and collections
\nConvert cash paying accounts to debit order for improvement of cashflow
\nAttend to customer queries \u2013 internal staff & external clients by providing accurate advice on billing queries
\nSubmit credit requests for approval
\nRecord all account activity
\nAll administrative duties
\nMeet monthly and quarterly targets<\/p>\n
\nMatric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Accounting subjects
\nRelevant finance qualification will be advantageous<\/p>\n
\n5 to 6 years’ experience within a credit control position
\nConsumer accounts experience is essential
\nStrong collections experience
\nIT and Telecoms industry exposure would be highly advantageous
\nAdvanced MS Excel skills
\nOwn reliable transport
\nGood relationship building skills
\nExcellent planning and organizational skills
\nStrategic thinker
