Minimum Requirements:
\n2 Years experience in similar role in Financial \/ Retail \/ Sales environments
\nStrong retail & client service experience
\nGrade 12 Preferably relevant tertiary qualification
\nSuccessful completion of minimum inhouse entry level requirements
\nCode 08 driver’s licence<\/p>\n
Duties include (but not limited to):
\nBuild, develop and motivate high performing sales team
\nDrive sales strategies & implementation thereof
\nBudget control and cost management
\nBranch balance sheet & profitability growth
\nRisk analysis and interpretation<\/p>\n
