\nGathering technical requirements and performing technical gap analysis.
\nComparing gap analysis and product capabilities to recommend solutions.
\nAssisting customers in refining and communicating customer requirements.
\nRaising feature enhancement requests on behalf of supported customers or initiatives.
\nUnderstanding the data model, relationships, and the purpose of each element in the data model.
\nMaking recommendations to get customer reference data as early as possible.
\nLiaising with the customer to obtain customer reference data and tracks the completeness of customer reference data.
\nDetermining the reference data requirement of each team within the program delivery.
\nCoordinating the loading of reference data to ensure each environment contains the relevant reference data.
\nResolving reference data escalation issues with the relevant parties.
\nSupporting data migration as necessary where there is new reference data uncovered.
\nEnsuring the reference data in an environment is traceable and auditable.
\nTracking business processes, documents critical requirements, details, and solutions.
\nRetrieving, compiling, analysing and creating actionable data reports on an ad-hoc basis for customers.
\nPerforming validation of customer-specific use cases.
\nConstructing, contributing and maintaining a list of customer use cases for use in smoke \/ sanity testing.
\nReviewing customer use of products and recommend methods of increasing efficiency.
\nConfiguring, given specific direction, back-end settings for product, offer, content, and related metadata values.
\nBuilding a basic understanding of third-party integrations and is responsible for documentation or testing of those specific integrations.<\/p>\n
\n3 – 5 years’ experience in the following:
\nCustomer facing roles and knowledge of application software projects\/programs with IT systems.
\nConsulting or software implementation environments contributing to project teams and meeting deadlines.
\nIn-depth understanding of client needs and general impact of changes in business environment and industry trends.
\nKnowledge of the following: Wireline, wireless, data services, cable systems, pre\/post-paid business models, etc.
\nExperience working within a full cycle software development project.
\nFamiliarity with stakeholders and collateral for requirements management.<\/p>\n
