Job Title: Transformation Specialist<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> Lead transformation within the organization 2. Manage and update the B-BBEE system.<\/strong><\/p>\n Designing and Implementing B-BBEE Transformation strategies. 3. Employment Equity<\/strong><\/p>\n Design, implement and monitor the Employment Equity Plan. 4. Tangible transformation initiatives<\/strong><\/p>\n Human Resources theory (OD, Change Management, Managing Culture, People Management and Development etc.)<\/p>\n 5. Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n Communication skills (verbal and written) 6. Computer literate \u2013 essential<\/strong><\/p>\n Computer literate with excellent MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills<\/p>\n 7. \nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nKey Performance Areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nManage Company\u2019s B-BBEE verification process.
\nContribute to the development, alignment and implementation of the Company\u2019s strategic transformation and EE plan.
\nManage the B-BBEE scorecard across business activities and optimize opportunities for each pillar.
\nManage all annual submission and related administration for the portfolio.
\nProvide guidance and play an active advisory role to business on Employment Equity, Diversity, Enterprise development and preferential procurement.<\/p>\n
\nB-BBEE Consulting.
\nB-BBEE Presentations and Report writing.
\nIdentify enterprise development opportunities and develop an enterprise development strategy to support the telecommunication industry.
\nConduct B-BBEE audits, provide recommendations on findings, and write reports
\nProvide inputs in formulation of policies, practices and processes that affect B-BBEE within Company.
\nMonitor and report B-BBEE spending against targets set up for various departments and divisions, including ensuring the accuracy of such information.
\nConduct pre-tender and post-tender briefings for suppliers.
\nAdvise project managers, external stakeholders, and authorization committees with regard to the interpretation of Company\u2019s B-BBEE Policy and B-BBEE Practice.
\nAdvise on the sourcing and selection of strategic B-BBEE suppliers for acquisition projects, including the evaluation of tenders.
\nProvide B-BBEE training to employees and suppliers on the revised B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice.<\/p>\n
\nHelp develop EE reporting and monitoring tool<\/p>\n

\nRequired Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\nCertification in B-BBEE Management Development Program would be an added advantage
\n5 years proven track record of experience with the B-BBEE rating process preferable obtained at a B-BBEE rating agency
\nExperience in the successful implementation of transformation strategies is required \u2022 Extensive and in-depth knowledge of the Labor legislation governing the business area i.e., LRA, EEA, B- BBEEA, BCEA
\nExperience with a B-BBEE Scorecard Information System<\/p>\n
