\nPost graduate qualification would be advantageous
\nThe role will be responsible for the following:
\nResponsible for providing troubleshooting and support to all users and corporate devices
\nResponsible for operations and support of the information life cycle for all users (including onboarding, offboarding, asset management, deploying corporate devices)
\nResponsible for operations and support of supporting user infrastructure (including telecommunications and internet, meeting room equipment, wireless networking)
\nCyber security support of solutions and services
\nResponding to threats and alerts and ensuring user and device security compliance
\nSupporting data loss prevention and disaster recovery (including backups and compliance)
\nSupporting the IT roadmap, collaborating with peers ensuring positive progress and productivity
\nResponsibility of managing and delivering work according to commitments to ensure goals are achieved with the respective timelines
\nResolving blockers or priority conflicts that may affect service availability
\nInformation Technology visibility and reporting: ensuring continuous information flow to management on operation status, security, service availability, cost allocation and consumption
\nRisk management including auditing and compliancy management for internal and external policies or certifications (eg. ISMS, POPI, GDPR)
\nUser engagement: open feedback, reporting to internal feedback loops and management
\nEnsuring KPI\u2019s are met, and goals are achieved in the agreed upon term
