\nDelivery of high quality remote support on a range of technical incidents and problems across the IT client base
\nResponding appropriately to, and effectively resolving, customer incidents, queries or complaints.
\nRespond to, handle incidents and escalate problems on the variety of platforms and supported networks from logon to the resolution
\nPerform administrative tasks user and server related
\nInvolvement and presence in core Virtual Teams
\nHelp support, train and mentor other team members
\nYou will have a \u2018hands on\u2019 problem solving approach; solving problems within strict SLA timeframes
\nTake ownership of incidents assigned to you and manage them through to resolution.
\nEnsuring SLA\u2019s are met; time to respond, time to resolve and first-time-fix.
\nApplication troubleshooting<\/p>\n
\nPrevious experience of providing IT Support at a 2nd Line level in a commercial environment
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nExperience supporting:
\nMicrosoft Exchange
\nActive Directory
\nOffice 365
\nWindows Servers (full range)
\nServer Virtualisation (HyperV \/ VMWare)
\nLocal Area Networking
\nCisco LAN\/WAN (routers, switches, ASAs)
\nRouting \/ switching equipment including, but not limited to, Cisco, Dell, HP switches, routers and firewalls
\nCitrix ( XenApp\/XenDesktop)
\nFormal IT qualification, ideally MCSE\/MCITP or multiple MCPs massively advantageous<\/p>\n
