\nMust have working experience in delivering projects to scope, on time and in budget
\nMust have working experience in people management, change management and risk management
\nMust have working experienced in dealing with multiple projects concurrently in a very fast-paced environment
\nMust be proficient in project management software
\nMust have business analysis experience (Advantageous)
\nMust have software development experience (Advantageous)
\nMust have a valid driver\u2019s licence (no endorsements)
\nMust have own reliable vehicle to meet with clients

\nThe Project Manager requires a background in business skills, management, analysis, and budgeting.
\nThe Project Manager will lead a team of 12 resources ranging from a Business Analyst, Junior to Senior Developers, a Mobile developer, and 2 consultants
\nThe Project Manager will form part of the management team
\nKey Performance Areas and Responsibilities: –<\/p>\n
\nLead, manage and control the execution of multiple concurrent projects
\nFacilitate daily scrum with the various development teams
\nCreate, manage, and maintain project schedules
\nOrganise team and plan resourcing
\nManage and control project budgets and costs
\nControl project scope and manage change requests
\nIdentify, analyse, and mitigate risk throughout the project
\nTrack and communicate project progress to key stakeholders
\nDevelop and evolve project management processes and best practices
\nWork closely with the customer and internal management from pre-sales through final implementation.<\/p>\n
