Blood Donor Collections Manager (RPN\/SANC Registered Professional Nurse)
\nThere are 2 positions, one in Egoli West and the other in Kroonstad
\nR35 605 per month CTC
\nA well-known house hold name in the Medical NGO environment is looking to employ a customer service orientated, technical and experienced individual. The purpose of the position is to manage blood procurement and operational efficiencies for the business unit to ensure effective implementation of the business plan. Implement strategic objectives, policies, procedures and best practice in business unit guided by legislation and standards of practice. To keep abreast of development in related fields and implement actions as necessary.
\nThe successful candidate must have:
\n\u2022 Registered Professional Nurse (RPN) NQF 5
\n\u2022 Code 8 Drivers license. (Manual)
\n\u2022 Computer Literacy. (MS Office)
\n\u2022 2-4 years supervisory and management experience.<\/p>\n
Ideal:
\n\u2022 Code 10 Drivers License (PDP).
\n\u2022 Management Certificate or Diploma (NQF 5).
\n\u2022 Meditech knowledge would be an advantage.
\n\u2022 2-4 years experience in a blood transfusion environment.
\n\u2022 Microsoft computer experience.<\/p>\n
Job Specific Requirements:
\n\u2022 Current Registration with SANC.
\n\u2022 Current CPR Certificate.
\n\u2022 Incumbent may be required to drive a company vehicle from time to time as per operational requirements.
\n\u2022 May be required to travel with overnight stays.
\n\u2022 Must be prepared to work overtime, weekends and variable hours within prescribed limits and conditions
\n\u2022 The incumbent will be required to be on his\/her feet for lengthy period, to carry loads of up to 14kg and assist with loading and off-loading of vehicles and climb stairs within reason.<\/p>\n
